{"id":449,"date":"2022-06-21T15:51:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-21T14:51:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nax.cz\/?p=449"},"modified":"2022-06-21T15:51:44","modified_gmt":"2022-06-21T14:51:44","slug":"comment-on-today-cloudflares-outage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nax.cz\/?p=449","title":{"rendered":"comment on today Cloudflare&#8217;s outage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I don&#8217;t have any insight into Cloudflare&#8217;s architecture or internal tooling, but by reading their <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cloudflare.com\/cloudflare-outage-on-june-21-2022\/\">root cause analysis<\/a>, there are a few notes:<br \/><br \/>This is I think very usual start of a big widespread outage: <br \/>&gt; This outage was caused by a change that was part of a long-running project to increase resilience in our busiest locations.<br \/><br \/>From the description, it seems they are victim of &#8222;lets do the change on less important locations first&#8220; syndrome.
